"Room was clean, lots of activities for kids. Heated pool was a big hit with my 10 yo son. Down side hot tub was out of service. Breakfast was good the 1st day and 2nd day breakfast was limited. We didn’t have time to use the bikes on property but that was a nice addition to the property with all kid games and amenities for kids. Would stay here again if we go back to GC"

"The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but unhelpful when the AC unit our room was so loud it was shaking the entire room & was extremely loud. We had to sleep with the window open instead with no AC or fan on. There was nothing done about it. The free breakfast was ok. The hotel was in walking distance to several restaurants & shopping."

"This is an old property that is not kept up. The people that own the property or run the property act like they don’t want you there. They act like you are intruding on their space. Very unwelcoming. The breakfast was not a breakfast it was cheap bread to make toast and cereal with no milk. The coffee was good though. The beds are really uncomfortable. If you have back problems you will wake up hurting. I don’t know how they have 7 out of 10 stars because I most definitely will not be staying there again. If I were hotels.com I would not list this property. If I could give them "
