This is one of the older hotels in Williams, but it has been renovated decently and has brick build so no noise from neighboring rooms. Simple breakfast items were sufficient , swimming pool available and courteous staff. However, roads are dark in this area and we were arriving after dinner in the rain and dark. Some simple reflectors indicating entrance drive would be helpful.

We booked a queen bed but when we arrived they only had rooms with two full beds. The main light switch didn’t work. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. There were also contact lenses on the bathroom floor. The beds appeared clean but the side table was sticky as well as the remote. The staff were nice and very welcoming. The location is very convenient you’re close to Bearizona, the Grand Canyon, and downtown Williams. We stayed for 4 days, personally I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was to save money.

Parking is very well illuminated. Beds are very comfortable as well as the pillows. Bathroom is very clean. Breakfast lacks of protein food: just bread, mini pancakes, juice, milk, coffee and apples.

This property is about an hour from the Grand Canyon although the initial description stated that it was about 30 miles from the canyon. The rooms were clean, although dated. The common areas like the lobby and eating area were not as well kept or as cleaned. There wasn’t a person at the front desk upon check in so check in was done virtually through a machine in the lobby. However, there was a person at the desk in the morning. The property stated that breakfast is provided, however the breakfast consisted of slice bread, a few muffins and cereal that had been mixed together with other cereals. Coffee and juice was provided. Parking is available free of charge. Checking in late at night with no staff on site felt a bit unsafe as well as the fact that doors to the hotel were unlocked at all times, but thankfully we didn’t experience any incidents. The hotel is close to downtown Williams where there’s a pretty good selection of dining options.

Friendly staff. Breakfast is too light, pancake machine was not working, only toast or cereal available, no fruits. Our toilet was broken. However you are really well located, 5min from Bearizona and Williams’ Main Street. Most of all really affordable, worth it for the price you pay.
