Breakfast was basic-- yogurt and cereal , bread, muffins which being gluten free , we just bought fruit and GF bread to supplement. Rooms clean, the railroad train was far enough away to not wake you up. Many rooms yet they group everyone together! Please spread guest out for privacy! That is the same for any hotel it seems on this trip to Arizona

PRAYAD

This is the first hotel I’ve seen where the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Service wasn’t as great, but can be improved. Breakfast was fine, and the lights in the room could be improved since one of them doesn’t work. Beds are very comfortable however. There was a liquid leaking in the fridge which I’ve never seen before

I had a fantastic stay at Best Western Williams - Grand Canyon. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—special thanks to Abhi at the front desk for making check-in smooth and for the great local recommendations. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Great overnight stay. Beds and lines were clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was smaller in size but still very functional and clean. The shampoo and soap products were good and smelled very good. The breakfast offered quite an assortment. The pool could have been a bit cleaner but it was still nice to cool off!
