"The Bedrooms are in a decent condition. A hot Shower. Tea and Coffee. Television. The Breakfast Menu was sufficient. It provided Scrambled Eggs. Sausages. Beans. Ham. Cheese. Bread. Pastries. Tea and Coffee. The Bar provides Snacks. Beverages. Alcohol. The Staff are reasonable. There is a Lounge area. "

"Modern and clean hotel - bedroom well appointed and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Great location for the town centre and the Crucible! Breakfast felt a bit scrappy - lot of tables were left with dirty plates etc and a few items seemed to have run out and not been replaced. We visited the bar twice for a nightcap and it was a nice relaxed place for a late drink. Only issue we had was the strength of the scented air in the bedrooms - it was so strong. If you are sensitive to scent then this wouldn't be ideal and I'm not sure why it's necessary!"

"Excellent all round - food is quite pricey, but deservedly so.... you get what you pay for. Staff were great, only a shame I had to be away early and missed what would have probably been an amazing breakfast!"

"Lovely room and atmosphere. Very comfortable bed and great vegetarian breakfast offering. What a nice place. Only issue was a cold shower (it took a very long time to find any warmth) and that it didn't drain very well. Otherwise, a very nice stay, thank you. "

"We stayed for a wedding as a group of 8. The house has four floors and three seperate bathrooms plus some full length mirrors which made it nice and easy for everyone getting ready. The house was very spacious, lovely and clean. Communication was nice and easy. On street parking but we didn’t have any issues finding spots close by. There is also some nice cafes, pubs etc just a few minutes walk away. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The house was pretty much as photographed, except there was more cosmetic damage throughout and clutter on the bench tops. We could not locate a plug for the kitchen sink and the garage was quite messy with full bins. Our stay was comfortable and we had booked only for the location, not the accommodation specifically so it was fine. All instructions were clear and the house was easy to navigate. "
