"Extremely friendly staff, just overall dated and cleanliness was lacking. Bathroom had ants, room service trays weren’t picked up for almost 24 hours-even when we set them outside in the hall, had to ask for towels, etc-all minor stuff but it added up. Overall wasn’t terrible, the friendly staff made up for any negatives and the drinks were great. Would probably stay again if it was a trip with kids, but not for a romance/couples trip like this trip was. "

"The condo was clean and comfortable. The bead was comfortable and I slept good every night. There is plenty of parking to the south or across the street to the west. It is in a perfect location 2 minute walk and your on the beach and boardwalk. Just a short walk and your at the main stage at Margaritaville with great bands. Around the corner from there is Billy’s stone crab for excellent gourmet seafood on the waterfront. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We wanted to use the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel but we weren’t aware the hotel also goes by the name WAYS. We missed the shuttle and were forced to taking a taxi. The shuttle should have had the hotel name placard on the side or window. The dispatcher should have told us to look for the name WAYS as well."
