Despite the construction that is happening around the hotel, I would recommend staying here just for the location to Lucas Oil Stadium and that area. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Valet parking. Room was clean. The history of the building itself is interesting. It was the original train station for Indianapolis back in the day.

The property is beautiful. From arrival to departure I received the best service. The staff was kind, check in was a breeze. I met a beautiful staff member name Cynthia that gave me history of the property. The history of the train cars was so intriguing. Cynthia helped us with direction to the train station and best way to get around the construction. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this experience.

I enjoyed my stay at Crown Plaza. There was construction going on so we were re-routed and the hotel was hard to find. It was complicated but we finally found it. The staff was nice and the hotel was very clean.

Our stay was lovely; I really appreciated having our room cleaned daily, even though our trip was short. The breakfast was excellent and provided a great variety of options. The only inconvenience was the nearby construction, which made it difficult for our Uber drivers to locate the hotel due to road closures. Despite that, the property is in a fantastic location, and we enjoyed our time overall.

Beautiful and intricately designed hotel inside. Loved all the historic touches plus early 1900’s railroad/train theme. Very clean and quiet. The only thing we didn’t like was all the construction outside the hotel so we usually had to Uber in and out from The Spaghetti Factory restaurant which was close by. Otherwise it was very nice for our stay.

The staff in every area were excellent and experienced! They were friendly and helpful! Since there is a new hotel being built across the roadway there are under construction signs and detours, the staff are quite happy to help. People are extremely careful and helpful to give information from places to visits to restaurants to try.
