"The house was very clean and suited our plans well. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back patio, though the yard could use some attention as it was quite overgrown, and the neighborhood felt a bit questionable at times.There are a few small improvements the host could make to enhance the stay. For example, ensuring the TV remotes have working batteries, leaving clear instructions for operating the smart TVs, fixing or replacing the Keurig (though the coffee bar setup was nice), and providing more towels and washcloths. For our two-night stay with three guests, there were only two washcloths and three towels. I’m sure the host would have supplied more if we had asked, but we didn’t feel comfortable arranging that while we were away from the home.On the positive side, the welcome note and basket with snacks and bottled water was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Overall, this is a good spot if you need a clean, comfortable place to sleep, but less ideal if you plan to spend a lot of time in the house itself."
"Pros: Clean, roomy, nice beds, nice towels and bedding, good location especially if you need to be close to Plainfield, quiet neighborhood, A/C worked great, laundry pods provided, Brita filter pitcher in fridge was nice to have, excellent communication from property management.Cons: Needs more seating in living and dining, more dishes needed (especially since it sleeps 9), kitchen could be a little better stocked for those planning on cooking.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future."
