"This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and for good reason, because reliability is worth its weight in gold. At Sempre you can always expect kind and helpful service from the front desk, clean rooms due to the diligent cleaning staff, and great food at the Sempre Cafe. I would yet again highly recommend this place for both solo travelers as well as families. I have also used the shuttle service both to and from the airport and made it to where I needed to go with plenty of time. 10/10...

"I had a few days in Cebu following vacation before working for a week and this was a good location. You are attached to a mall with various food options, a massage spa, and a movie theater. This was nice considering how hot it was outside. The room was nice although more seating would have been good as well as hand towels. "My stay here was exceptional and the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. The meals were excellent, and eating a free breakfast while overlooking the ocean was a great start to my mornings.
