This is a large, 75 sq m, one bedroom flat opposite Dover Port and 15 minutes walk from the top of the White Cliffs of Dover. Ideal for travellers or walkers. Car parking is included with the flat
The flat sits opposite Dover Beach underneath the White Cliffs and is about 20 minutes walk from the impressive Dover Castle. Local shopping is provided by the new St James' shopping Centre, 8 minutes walk away where there are several food outlets. The 600 year old White Horse Pub is opposite the shopping centre

I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry.

Awful. Refund promised..never recieved.

Booked a 2 night weekend stay. Arrived at 4pm, was made to wait hours before room made available lste at night. I was desparate for a room so toom it. The room was substandard with no running water in the bathroom tap (was stuck) , shower didnt have hot water, and no curtains for the bedroom. Pus thwre was dust everywhere. The next morning the owner said he had no other rooms available and agreed to give me a refund. I rebooked to the Best Western which was like a life changing experience! The stay was in September, and it is now end of October...still no refund payment recieved despite numerous calls to VRBO.

Not what we expected

While the location in Dover is excellent, the property was disappointing. The property appeared unattended and our apartment wasn't well cleaned. The picture on the VRBO website made me believe the unit was of a much higher quality. While Dover was amazing, the accommodation was the low point of our UK holiday.

Good for an overnight stay if getting a ferry

We were expecting basic accommodation, but that did include hot water and a sink in the bathroom. The nets in the dining area were dark grey - and the kitchen was windowless and smelt of stale fat. Bill was lovely and the bed was clean and comfortable but that didn't make up for the fact that you had to slam the door shut to ensure it was locked. My husband and I knew the area well - and so wanted to love it ... but it was not to be. It is not really a flat - just a collection of rooms in a regency building in need of TLC. As are many at that end of Cambridge Terrace/East Cliff.

Broken windows in batgroim no sink in bathroom tub did not drain. Overall filthy. This is sad be ause the old building has so much potential.
