Little things like coffee, toiletries and plenty of towels to big things like a bottle of wine and small charcuterie. They are fantastic. "An exceptional spot to stay if downtown Southport is on your list of places to visit and you wanna walk to everything. The unit is as described. It is a second floor with steps. That would be my only concern if steps were a problem. The balcony was fabulous. It had a small gas fire pit, which set the mood and provided a little warmth. You can see to the water and watch boat traffic all day and night if it decides to come by.The facilities were everything you would hope to find laundry plenty of stocked provisions bed slept well, my wife and I enjoyed it immensely and would go back the next time business takes us to Southport. "
