"Very well located to downtown, sweet hotel. We had a king efficiency. Came with a full-sized fridge, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Bed was SO comfortable. Too cold for swimming but pool and area looks very well kept. Nice little pier to walk out on too. A walk into town. 1/22 mile from center of town. "

"This is an excellent place. Clean and very accommodating. Close to shops and restaurants yet quiet. Spacious rooms and wonderful private baths. Pleasant sitting rooms and friendly hosts. All of our needs were met even nice selection of beer,wine, snacks and merchandise. "

"An exceptional spot to stay if downtown Southport is on your list of places to visit and you wanna walk to everything. The unit is as described. It is a second floor with steps. That would be my only concern if steps were a problem. The balcony was fabulous. It had a small gas fire pit, which set the mood and provided a little warmth. You can see to the water and watch boat traffic all day and night if it decides to come by.The facilities were everything you would hope to find laundry plenty of stocked provisions bed slept well, my wife and I enjoyed it immensely and would go back the next time business takes us to Southport. "
