"By far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stayed here last minute for my birthday & from the moment I called for early check in (345pm) until the moment I checked out… amazing customer service. I believe his name was Ty that checked me in, started off by wishing me a happy birthday and letting me know they gave me the best room possible, he said sadly the suites were full but they still put me top floor with the water and park view. They gave me so many complimentary drinks and when I went into the room, they had a beautiful smores dessert and a bottle of alcohol for me, with a card wishing me a happy birthday. The blackout curtains were amazing. AC wasn’t too loud and I honestly slept amazing. The pillows and mattress were the comfiest I’ve laid on. I’ll forever brag about this hotel and staff and will absolutely be staying here again and again. It’s also right by the boardwalk, maybe a 30 second walk. A huge parking garage across the street as well if you aren’t able to pay for their valet parking! Tons of great food and bars in walking distance too. 1000/10. "
