"1. 前台人员的态度非常不友善，而且连EXPEDIA基本英文版的入住确认 单都看不懂。 2. 通过旅行社代订的房间，旅行社直接信用卡马上过账；但是基于酒店和 EXPEDIA的账期问题，前台人员一直说酒店没收到房费，单单办理入 住手续浪费了1个多小时的时间。"

"spacious and spotless room - widest bed ive ever seen over 2.5 metres! huge shower room. only downside is that there is no fridge in the room AND although there was no smell at all - if you book a non smoking room then there shouldnt be 2 packs of cigarettes included in the "minibar" and ashtrays in the wardrobe! Staff extremely helpful with organising transportation. Worth noting that this place calls itself the DAYHELLO hotel in English which is confusing. ill definately use this place again"
