"The resort was beautiful. The staff “Gabriel, Roberto, and Brissa was so helpful and kind. The excursion sales staff “Damian and Tania” was also awesome. Please stop by and book your fun activities with them. They’ll give you honesty and the best prices. Tell them Ashley sent you! I traveled solo and I felt safe the entire time. One night I actually by accident slept with my room door unlocked and had no problems. My first night there the mini fridge was making an annoying noise and I spoke to the concierge staff about it. I left to attend an event I had planned. By the time I came back they were so kind they upgraded my room for the inconvenience. All I wanted was for them to do was switch out the fridge, but I was grateful. I truly enjoyed my stay. It was also very clean. The food wasn’t the best to me but I’m a picky eater and I didn’t go to all the restaurants to inquire either. So, what I did try I didn’t like but the snack bar was the best to me. Another thing I’m really big on is the staff knowing who I am and not making me feel weird. Well the staff here addressed me by my name the entire time and greeted me with smiles and a very welcoming spirit. I felt like I had new family members. Thank you so much to all of you guys. I look forward to seeing you all again soon. "

"The hotel is kept impeccably well. The staff are very friendly. We’ve stayed in 80809 in building three and six previously and they’re great sweets for us very comfortable overlooking the serenity pool. The only one negative we have an about the property is that heavier and Florida de Noche are ridiculously overpriced restaurants And our opinion not an asset to Hilton Hotel property whatsoever. When the lease is expired, they should take them over and go up with men that are more fairly priced for the average family. Caviar is also put on an automatic 18% gratuity without us knowing about the automatic tip charge and then asked for additional tips for the waiters that evening. It felt very ownerous to us. We went for dinner at 8 o’clock Saturday night, January 31 and we were the only couple in the entire restaurant that evening. I’m surprised they can survive with that pricing because he can’t attract any patrons."

"The room was beautiful and well appointed, staff was very friendly, and the rooftop pool was heated so great for a winter dip. Onsite secure parking is a big plus, as we always rent a car when visiting the area. Location was great- right on the square, close enough to all of our favorite restaurants but away from noisy bars a few streets away which were problematic in past visits to San Jose. We arrived on artwalk night and it was very busy, so I was concerned about being on a main street but by 9 or 10 each evening it was very quiet. We liked it enough that we are already planning our next trip with a group, knowing we have options of one bedroom, two bedroom and studio to accommodate various family situations. We were in the smallest unit, yet had everything we could possibly need including well stocked kitchenette, balcony, and sitting/dining area. We would likely request the same room!"
