"A little gem boutique hotel at Cali, excellent location for exploring San Antonio . The pool and restaurant area is truly wonderful . Very chic and super clean. Breakfast is delicious. The room was very spacious with view to the pool. Staff were always kinds and available. The location is very very good and safe. "
"Las habitaciones no son cómo se observan en las fotos, al llegar el recepcionista no fue amable, muy serio , nos indicó que no incluía desayuno y si lo incluía, el desayuno no es buffet, es una cocinera para todos los huéspedes cocinando uno por uno, el comedor queda en el primer piso hay que subir una escalera muy angosta y peligrosa no apta para personas con impedimentos ni personas mayores. Solo pernocte una noche y me cobraron 5 noches y de más a lo que indicaba en el anuncio $33.00 dólares la noche, y me cobraron de más y no me han reembolsado el dinero ; muy apenada que el dueño no respondió ante los reclamos . Me fui con mi esposo a otro Hotel ya que nos disgustó , el baño la regadera empezó a taparse."
