Great for the price! Breakfast every morning was delicious, and they have a great menu. The room was not as advertised and turned out to be much smaller than I was expecting. It has a very ā€œindustrialā€ vibe, so be prepared for that. It is located in a great area! Walking distance to everything you could need or want. If you do not care about frills and amenities, and would rather spend your time and money in the city and not in the room, then this is the perfect place for you!

The reception staff was friendly and helpful, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the employees. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a completely different experience. I honestly cannot understand how a 4-star hotel can have opossum rats living in the roof. The noise and squealing throughout the night were so bad that I couldnā€™t sleep. What made it even worse was that the ceiling above the shower was open, and I could actually see the animal through the opening. It was disgusting, disturbing, and completely unacceptable. This is clearly a serious animal-control and hygiene issue that should have been addressed. Iā€™m from Cali and was visiting my city, so it was especially disappointing to have such an unpleasant experience at a hotel that I expected much more from. Definitely not a 4-star experience.
