"We always stay here even before they became Margaritaville. The location is perfect and the family suite is adequate for our family of 4. They are always busy, but I'm not sure if it's the crowds or if more staff should be hired on. Valet service is always kind and do as best as they can. Reception desk is mostly good/helpful but once in a very long while we will get someone who seems like they aren't having a good day and maybe shouldn't be greeting guests. One suggestion is maybe putting in vending machines for any late night or last minute items needed."

"This property has a lot of steep stairs leading to the apartment as well as inside the unit, so keep that in mind if you're traveling with elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues.The combined kitchen and living area are quite small. There were five of us, and the space felt cramped. The two bedrooms, however, were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was also well equipped but couldn't get the vent hood to work.There is no air conditioning, and we stayed during one of the hottest days. Unfortunately, the fans were not enough to keep the apartment cool, so we had to leave the patio door open for some relief. The apartment could also use some updating. The shower had heavy caulking in several areas that appeared to be covering mold.The listing clearly states that parking permits are required and that only two permits are provided. I contacted the host twice about the permits—first by email, but I never received a response, and then by phone. They were only one permit in the unit so I contacted the rental property and was told the other permit would be dropped off at the rental the following day, but it was never delivered.Overall, the apartment met our basic needs but wished the communication with the rental property was better."

"The unit was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The property management was very responsive to all questions we had. However, my only complaint would be the stairs... Lots of stairs and then carrying luggage up and down those stairs was no fun. It was stated on the booking site but didn't realize just how many. It was a great property and very clean. I would definitely stay again once the elevators are fixed. I was told that they have been broken for 3 years."
