We were taken to its sister property not far from this property and the Mayan Palace was really awesome. Rooms were overall great and mostly everything was working. "Loved having a kitchen! Very clean and quiet. The AC was very cold, nice escape from the heat. The communication about which room I was supposed to have was a little lacking. The woman at the front desk/gate was very patient with me though, I don't know much Spanish, and together we figured it out. I would definitely stay again!"
