A little far from from the seafront but the hosts were fantastic and the guesthouse was great

A real gem in Torquay, Big beautiful room, spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Handy complimentary off street parking, central location, short walk to town and ocean. Lovely dining room and breakfast.

The room was not very big and the bathroom was very small. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Daniel and Andy are excellent hosts who made us feel very welcome and for whom nothing was too much trouble. Our room was extremely comfortable and the new bathroom was spotlessly clean and well stocked with luxurious towels and high quality bath products. A wonderful location in an absolutely beautiful building. It is spotlessly clean and very spacious and has all the facilities for an excellent stay, either overnight for for several days. Morning breakfast is delicious too. Well recommended.

Car parking proved to be a challenge, but not insurmountable given the fantastic location. The decor of this Tudor building greatly enhanced the setting.

We had a comfortable stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well suited to our short stay. This is a straightforward, no-frills property with the essential amenities, and it met our expectations. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good cookes English breakfast and other options available to order, providing a great start to the day. Super special English thatched roof hotel accommodation accompanied by super helpful proprietor and staff. Breakfast served in a very welcoming and yet private environment. Plentiful breakfast provisions for both vegetarian and non-vegetarians alike. Cooked breakfast offered from a Breakfast Menu!
