"As instalações externas do hotel são excelentes, o café da manhã é muito variado e toda a equipe de funcionários é extremamente prestativa e educada. O quarto em que ficamos era amplo, embora o banheiro fosse pequeno. Na chegada, notamos um forte cheiro de esgoto no banheiro, mas ao relatarmos o problema à recepção, ele foi prontamente resolvido. O ponto negativo da estadia foi a abordagem insistente dos promotores para a venda do Exclusive Guest (clube de férias do Grupo Wish). Fomos abordados no check-in, por WhatsApp e novamente na saída do café da manhã. Essa cobrança excessiva acabou tornando a experiência bastante incômoda."

"O hotel foi muito bom, tudo muito limpo e organizado. O staff bem amigável também, e a localização é ótima. São 6 min do aeroporto do Foz do Iguaçu e 15 min do parque nacional. A única coisa foi que eles não tem ferro de passar roupa no quarto e o hotel não provê, tem que pagar para usar o ferro de passar. Eu viajo o mundo inteiro sempre fico em hotéis e nunca vi isso. Essa é a única coisa que falaria de ruim do hotel. O café da manhã maravilhoso amamos"

The only problem was they advertise shuttle transportation to airport when we left I said I needed to go to airport they said wait 3 min and a car came once dropped off at airport they charged us. So they have to be clear with that. Breakfast WAS UNREAL big selection clean unreal. Best ever! Easy check in -"
