Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms with a lot of space, furniture with several signs of use. Breakfast as shown on the pictures. Bus stop 50m from hotel. Very nice roof top bar.

The bed came with only a single bedsheet, no comforter. You have to make your own bed after retrieving the extra pillow and comforter from the closet.. The bathroom did not provide shower gel and there was no toilet paper. It was a dispenser like in a public bathroom. Rooftop bar manager rude and unfriendly. Breakfast was good. I do not recommend and will not be staying there again.

The hotel maintenance is not very good. The shower stall is stuck, the window is stuck, the floor is not very clean, the reception is not very friendly, the elevators are inefficient. There is a lot of room for improvement. The bed, pillows and shower are good. The hotel is in a good location

Wir waren für 3 Nächte hier. Es war rundherum alles gut. Personal am Empfang spricht (teilweise) Englisch. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit wenn um das Organisieren von Ausflügen geht, wie die Taxifahrt nach Argentinien oder die Organisation einer Wäscherei. Top!

La habitación no tenia smart TV y no me parece en un hotel de su categoria ,tuve problemas para cargar mi celular por el tipo de enchufes que hay en la habitación y creo que lo minimo era que recepción me facilitará un adaptar en calidad de prestamo y no querer venderme, eso deja mucho que desear del servicio al turista.

The staff were extremely courteous. The infinity pool on the rooftop is nice. You can see Argentina across the river and the city on the other side. The hotel arranged for a cab to see the falls in the Argentinian side which was convenient. The surrounding are walkable with plenty of cafe, bars and restaurants.

Um hotel legal, o pronto alto dele é o pôr do sol no terraço. Achei que o café da manhã poderia ser melhor, chegamos às 9:30 já estava faltando muita coisa. Quartos bons. Recepção boa, localização boa para turistas, sentido cataratas e argentina.

O Hotel é um bom hotel. Já é minha 4ª vez nele.( já foi melhor) PONTOS POSITIVOS : Café da manhã bem variado e com opções saborosas. Localização central mas não na muvuca do centro.(Perto da Sorveteria Boreli e do Bar e restaurante Capitão Nikolas), Quartos espaçosos, banho com ducha quente/fria bem forte. PONTOS NEGATIVOS: Cama de mola já velha que não estava confortável, material de cama também bem surrado( lençóis /colchas e toalhas). Já está merecendo uma atenção na mobília e decoração. DESTAQUE:A camareira Vanderleia 👏 que sempre surpreendia na limpeza e arrumação das toalhas ( formas de animais bem criativas) A equipe da cozinha 👏 que se esforça e produz um café dos melhores q já provei. O quarto é bem espaçoso, cama grande, porém as paredes sao de gesso, entao qualquer barulho se ouve, sem falar que, café da manha é bem básico e o mais complicado é a demora do elevador que é uma eternidade para estar disponível. A localização é boa, perto de varios restaurantes e farmacia.
