"This was a phenomenal stay for us! The staff here (Natalia, Carlos, Diego especially) are truly outstanding. The wait staff were also just wonderful. We splurged and got a room with a view of the falls and it was definitely worth it. But a jungle view would also be ok because so many of the common areas have a stunning view. The food is really good. Definitely pricey but very good! We splurged on a meal at their Mercado restaurant. We did the offer of what we call a prix fixe menu and while it was good, it was way too much food. We didn’t try the wines but it looked like they had an amazing selection. We saw monkeys and toucans and other birds on property! We were able to get late check out at 2 pm (and could have extended further if we were willing to pay $36/hour). Also, they offered that we could shower at the spa if we needed to and one of us did, which was great. Taking the Iguazu Jungle trip was also so convenient as it starts and ends right near the hotel. We walked both the Inferior and Superior Circuits - both of which are easily accessible from the hotel. We did not have time for the train but that is also very convenient from the hotel. This place is a 10/10 hands down. If you are able to spend the extra money to stay here, you will definitely be wowed!"

"Excellent choice for a relaxing getaway! If you're looking to chill out and recharge, you'll absolutely love it here. The restaurant serves really great food. Breakfast is quite an experience in itself! Make sure you set aside at least 45 minutes because it's a full four-course meal. Plus, the main course changes daily, so you won't get bored eating the same thing. Staff is super nice and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure you have everything you need. I can't recommend enough."

"The stay was great. The breakfast at this location is wonderful. The staff moved us without issue when out adjoining room neighbors were loud. Everyone was very friendly and the grounds were beautiful. The sink did end up leaking and backing up a bit but that wasn't the biggest deal."

"This is an outstanding hotel at an excellent price. The room was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was out of this world with a fantastic selection of hot and cold, sweet and savoury. The eco-garden was lovely and the facilities looked great even though there was no time to experience them on a very short visit. The heated indoor pool and jacuzzis would have been an undoubted highlight if our stay hadn’t been so short. June is a quiet and comparatively chilly month in Iguazu. In the summer months I would think the outdoor area would prove very popular, especially for families. The room had a well stocked fridge at reasonable prices and there was a useful souvenir shop in reception. The only drawback was the somewhat isolated location. A vehicle would be essential. That said it was pretty easy to order a taxi. "

"Tive uma ótima experiência durante minha estadia! A localização é ótima e as instalações são amplas, bem cuidadas. O ambiente é agradável e tudo estava limpo. O café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso, embora eu tenha notado que não há opções para pessoas com restrições alimentares (como no caso da minha filha, que é celíaca.) Aproveitei a piscina aquecida e o ofurô, que estavam em boas condições. A única observação que gostaria de fazer é sobre o box do banheiro, que é um pouco apertado. O ar-condicionado funcionou adequadamente e a limpeza geral do ambiente também foi satisfatória. Gostaria de ressaltar o atendimento da funcionária Tamara, que se destacou dos demais devido à sua presteza, pró-atividade e empatia. Ela realmente fez a diferença em nossa experiência! Recomendo a estadia e espero que eles possam expandir as opções para pessoas com restrições alimentares!"
