Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The staff were professional and friendly across the property. Our room was in the tower and although sound proofing to road was not 100% it did not affect the comfort of our stay

I can not complain!!! Rooms are large, helpful staff, outstanding breakfast, large and clean swimming poolS, sauna, reasonable price. Location is little far away from city center, but we don't have trouble to call Uber to get there for dinners.

Great resort, perfect for visiting the Falls.

This is a beautiful hotel and resort. It's in a good location, just south of the main part of the town and only about 15 mins drive from the airport and 30 mins from the Falls. The resort is spacious and very-well maintained. Room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I expected. There's a lot here, from the pool to a forest-trek and small zoo/aviary. I wasn't here for long, so didn't get to see it all but it's well worth the cost and is an excellent price. Food was great, the Feijoada buffet on Saturdays is exceptional but it's good every day. Breakfast was a wide selection and very nice quality food. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort, especially if you're staying for a visit to the Falls.

Uncomfortable rooms

Majority of good hotels we have stayed around the world have tea or coffee making facilities, drinking water and Iron press in the room. The room was very cold and our first two nights were very uncomfortable. Finally we had to ask for a heater. Lot of noise in the night, we could hear the noise from the adjacent room also.

Hotel em si é muito bom. Atendimento nas áreas de piscina péssimo. Valor da refeição R$140 por pessoa deixa bem a desejar pelo valor. Quartos limpos com blackout, veda bem mas passa um pouco de luz. Uma piada! Um hotel deste porte e não disponibilizam NADA aos quartos! Não tem ferro de passar roupa! Não tem chaleira pra água quente! Nao tem nenhuma comodidade!! E eles NÃO tem nem pra emprestar! Vc é obrigado (se tiver tempo pra esperar) a PAGAR pra eles passarem tua roupa! Restaurante fecha às 15 e depois disso tem que ter paciência pra esperar alguém atender nos bares pra comer um lanche! E tudo caríssimo! Não vale o investimento!
