"I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa. Brilliant location, right on the lake, and close to the airport, which was great for me. Beautifully maintained rooms, brilliant views of the lake and the mountains, great ammenities, great food, great staff! I'll be booking my next stay in Queenstown here again. I didn't dine in the restaurant or cafe downstairs, but did order room service several times, and the service and the meals were fantastic. Best Caesar salad and cheesecake I've had in a long time."

"We did not take advantage of pool etc but the location with the bus stop in front on the property made in a very quick one stop from the busy and beautiful downtown. Restaurant and charming fireplace area for drinks were nice. Staff great."

"During our 7-day stay, waking up each morning to see the sunlight hitting Deer Park Heights across the lake was a highlight. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the atmosphere is quite peaceful. While the location is a bit outside the town center, the hotel provides a very convenient and punctual hourly shuttle. This was a huge plus, as it saved us from the stress of driving and hunting for parking in town. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient with all our requests—overall, a high-quality experience."

"The buffet breakfast was an awesome spread of food suitable for everyone. Our room was both clean and comfortable with the bonus of a big bed very comfy pillows and a balcony with a view. To have our car safe and valet parked overnight was a real bonus."
