"Overall lovely Hotel to stay at while at a conference. Very central location and convenient underground parking. The pool was a very nice feature. My room was very nice and comfortable overall, but my AC unit was noisy and made a whining/ rattling noise- which caused some interrupted sleep."

"My room was on the second floor and looked like it was recently renovated. It was very tight for space. Bathroom in particular didn't have much countertop space or space to move. It was so small that my knees would hit the shower door when sitting on the toilet. My room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel advertises a breakfast buffet; it's not much more than some toast, bagels, muffins, cereal and yogurt. On a buffet I would expect eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and pancakes . . maybe it's a cultural thing. While clean and well maintained, I would change the name to Stark, very industrial and monochromatic. They have a guest laundry, coin operated but they cannot provide any change; they should consider tokens instead that could be charged to the room."
