"Experienced three different reception staff between check-in and check-out and ALL 3 were the friendliest we've ever dealt with! Slightly disappointed the TV does not swivel and the rainfall shower head is kind of annoying but not the end of the world."
"We stayed at this location to catch a White Sox vs Tigers night game. Party of 4. We drove to and from game. Only parking for apartment is on the street. But, would definitely park vehicle and use Uber on next visit. Apartment was very clean and tidy. Coming back in evening the smell of someone smoking weed nearby was strong and was noticeable through out the apartment. It is Michigan though and seems to be the norm.Could not get TV to turn on in living roomThe Check-In / Check-Out process is all automated. Be sure to finish check-in process with license prior to showing up at the door. Approval process takes a little bit to get door code. Over all would definitely stay again."
"We had a good experience. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the area had a lot of good places within walking distance. The only negatives were that I wish the host would put more detail in the listing. I would have liked to know in advance what all was provided (laundry detergent, coffee, etc). Communication with the host was also hit and Miss. sometimes responses were fast and other times I had to wait a while to hear back. Overall I had a good experience but I would have liked more details up front to help me plan and understand what was needed for the stay. "
