"Whole place reaked of cigarettes. Charged extra fees for who knows what. And couldnt check in at 3pm, so had to check in at 10:30 at night. Line for elevator was at least 100 people long. "

"The room was spacious and clean. Since it’s a vintage building, there are some areas that show wear and tear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking in the rear was secure. On Saturday night, it was full. There are a few shops near by, but the main advantage is the proximity of a Q-Line stop. This opens up access along Woodward Ave. The main drawback is lack of elevators for upper floors. The room also did not have a refrigerator, but the staff did offer use of a refrigerator by the checkin desk. We will take advantage of this location the next time we have an event in Detroit."
