Our room was dirty. There was hair clippings all over the bathroom- on the ice bucket and soap, on the towels, stuck to the shower walls. The toilet had dried pee on it. The mirror had kiss marks. When i pulled back the bed sheet, there were wash clothes in the bed so the sheets were not clean. I asked for the clean the bathroom and came back to the same mess. I asked to switch rooms and they let me see a vacant room that was also dirty! This one had dirty counters, dried leaves and discarded jewelry on the floor, and mold growing on the bedframe where it looked like someone had used it as a toilet. We checked out and found a different hotel at 11:30pm. The staff wasnt polite or apologetic about the condition of the rooms.

The first night upon check in the woman was nice and was able to accommodate me due to the air being out in my room. After that, the entire stay continued to go downhill. The parking lot is extremely dirty and filled with people/children running around, drinking and smoking in front of the door. The hallway smelled like marijuana from the first floor all the way up to the third. Children were running around the hotel all day long, the rooms were cleaned to the best of the housekeepers ability but, they have been neglected so long, she’s practically working a miracle and she isn’t Jesus. My window was filled with spiders and webs, the hallways were dirty with crumbs, empty soda containers, cigar wrappers and some of everything else. The continental breakfast was a joke because nothing was available but waffles. The computer for the “office center” didn’t work. The pool had so much chlorine in it that your eyes burned just from being in the pool area. I asked the front desk staff for towels, they didn’t have any, I asked for utensils and they didn’t have any of those either. I was told utensils aren’t available after breakfast. The staff was rude outside of the one housekeeper(bless her heart) and the first woman that helped me at check in. There was people that was at the front desk working it, that didn’t even work for the company they were just there covering. The stay was horrible overall and I’m definitely trying to get my money back because I was not happy at all.

They gave us a dirty room refused to change or clean it, they have my daughter some cleaning products and gloves she cleaned it against my wishes, it was used toilet paper on the wall and floor. I was so disgusted, it was very important that I saw my brother and decided after my daughter cleaned the room to stay!!
