"Stayed for a total of two nights. Wonderful hotel and setting. Staff were incredibly attentive, my only comment is that lots of the bar and waiting staff were slow at what they did and were possibly not trained sufficiently "

"Excellent customer service. Starting from Brenda at the reception, the guy at the bar at the pool area, maintenance guy who came to fix the AC. I wish i could name them all. The rooms where clean. The food needs a bit of working on to improve on it. Other than that i can still come back."

"This is a really exceptional hotel overlooking a watering hole in the bush where one can spend many hours watching the elephants, zebras, antelopes, warthogs etc. pass by. The room we stayed in was like a duplex apartment and was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff were super warm and friendly and were very eager to help with organising tours and just generally making your stay peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. The outdoor pool area looked like a natural pond and was a super spot to relax. We had an amazing 4 days here. Thanks"
