"Lovely resort to take that perfect break"

"Staying 4 days (3 nights) here with my family for holidays. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet with a superb sea view! The hotel staffs were very helpful. The rate was also very competitive. Direct access to a beautiful and natural white-sand beach with many water activities. A pool with playground. It has provided plentiful free carparks. The dishes (ordered fried chicken chops and fried rice) at the hotel cafe are excellent! Astaka food court is within walking distance."

The front desk staff, however, handled the matter with remarkable professionalism and courtesy, immediately rectifying the error without imposing any additional charge. "Wonderful place to stay in Penang. Great food options in the hotel and also nearby. Easy walk around the top of Penang and nice to be just out of the busier centre. Lovely rooms and decor throughout and the pool was superb. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. "
