Cheap Hotels in West End

"We stayed here for one night on our way to the BVIs so only spent about 18 hours here. The property is certainly dated and they have pretty much given up on the bar/restaraunt and the man-made beach. Pros: clean room, cold AC, complementary muffins and coffee, good view and clean pool, walking distance from airport and beach. Cons: Dated, no other amenities, sliding patio door difficult to open, helpful front desk for calling cab."

"The room was clean! A little outdated and needs some minor to moderate TLC. The staff was amazing and very helpful!! The only issue I had is the lack of food options available in the area near the hotel. The hotel has so much potential and needs an owner who cares about the property. When that happens, the hotel will easily become 5 stars. The restaurant on the property closed down a year ago and needs to be revamped. "

"We chose this hotel last minute after missing our flight. One more night in St Thomas vs returning to snow? Ok!!! The room was great, the view from our room as well as around the resort was very nice. The location is a 10min walk into everything Charlotte Amolie has to offer. Our stay was quiet and pleasant. "

"Beautiful, low key resort with alll the amenities you would want. The restaurants were terrific, the beach was beautiful and the stsfff was attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable "

"Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues. The first room which is literally numbered number one is directly under the kitchen where the staff had been cleaning up until 12 AM running kitchen equipment and banging on the floor. We got no sleep that night. We were then moved to another room which was very quaint but very small. At about 10 o’clock that night there was no hot water for a shower. Then the last two days we moved to a room that had a nice view and was more accommodating, but the majority of the lightbulbs and lamps did not work and the toilet had no pressure. Along with that no hot water for two of the showers that I took.. we talked to others that we’re staying at the hotel and found many of the same issues however, some were pleasantly pleased. As I mentioned, we’re very grateful for the staff for their help and their kindness. Unfortunately, in my opinion, I would feel a little uncomfortable, giving my recommendation to this property until some of the things have been corrected. Thank you so much."
