"We had a short trip to Ella and booked Hotel Onrock for one night. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill and was a bit tricky to find but once we found it, I could not fault anything about the hotel. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. The room was extremely spacious and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The highlight for me was the restaurant. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both meals were very tasty and had a variety of cuisines on offer. All the kitchen staff were very caring and went to a lot of effort to make sure we enjoyed our meals. "

"Best view in the whole city. we stayed in room no. 8 and i am sure we had the best room. the host is very welcoming and made the best breakfast. the walk to the city was easy and quick. there is no parking and the water pressure is low, but we can definitely recommend staying here. don't hesitate, the place gets 10/10❤️"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. From dining under the stars by candlelight in the national park to waking up in the heart of the bush in our gorgeous accommodation- it was magical. Breakfast in the treetops was an unforgettable experience, and the entire setting felt like something out of a dream. "Stayed at this hotel for one night. Went to another hotel in Yala. Was not pleased with what I saw. My family and I turned around and went back to stay here for another night. Very clean hotel, very polite staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have a relaxing and comfortable stay. Highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Weerawila. "The view was amazing at Belmont it was absolutely breath taking and the rooms and washrooms were very clean. The breakfast was good as well. The only caution to look out for it there’s bugs that come in the room at night through the door to the balcony if there’s so hidden spaces, but if u stuff a bag or something in those spaces it should be okay. "
