"Bottom line, our room was so freaking hot that it made it absolutely miserable. Nice room but no air conditioner with almost 100° weather is unacceptable. And the second thing, the pool with that many people in a hotel does not accommodate guests at all!! An absolute COVID disaster! We cannot enjoy any of the accommodations, except for the breakfast. That pool needs to be a lot bigger with more room and space or regulate gas from going. Complete waste of money."

"The staff are nice. I booked a king size bed, but was given a full size or close to queen. My friend is 205 cm, the comforter and bed were too short. They didn't offer free Sauna with the hotel stay. You have to pay extra for sauna, which I find a little bit unreasonable considering paying for the hotel stay. Many other hotels have pool and sauna included in price. Walking to city was ok. Breakfast was good with nice view. "

"It was well-situated. The town is very attractive. I did not have time to use the spa facilities. It had very mediocre food for dinner, better for breakfast, but the whole town has pretty lousy food. Also the furniture was quite worn, there were no electric outlets in the bathroom and even in the room itself (I had to pull out the TV console so I could charge my phone). The electric outlets on the desk did not work. Basic bathroom."

"We had a bad experience checking in. One day prior to arrival I noticed that the booking was for one rather than two people. This was for a four (4) night stay, not just overnight. On arrival, were were told we needed to pay an additional 300 euro, almost the same amount as the entire stay of 4 nights. The clerk then contacted the supervisor. The amount was changed to an additional 208 euro. Our travel mood was spoiled, we felt we were being overcharged."

Miss Eva extremely helpful and nice, this lady is there from very early until the night, she is the heart of the hotel. The only negative thing is the size of the sauna, only for 2 , it is located together with small pool and shower and it is not practical. "Pavla (I suppose the manager) was so nice and super helpful. We arrived around 18:30 - she recommended a good restaurant in town, booked us a table and even drove us there (it was around 1 K away). Room was basic (and BIG) but clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good, excellent service there. Parking onsite costs 2 euros!"

"One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at, the staff was very attentive, and recognized me and my family every time we came back from our daily adventures. Close to many of the wonderful sites; within walking distance. Breakfast was readily available every day and the food/variety was excellent.
