The stay was really amazing, helpful and friendly staff! I would double check the bed when travelling with kids (no need for a cot for almost 5-year old), adding regular milk for room coffee and it’s perfect :)

If I owned a hotel this is how I would like it to be run. Great service but informal & friendly. Room excellent & spacious Breakfast perfect. Well appointed gym & pool. Interior design outstanding. But the best thing about it is the staff who all make you feel very welcome-nothing is too much trouble.

Everything about our three night stay at this hotel was outstanding. The design is amazing, modern, yet warm and welcoming. Unbelievable quality and attention to detail. The staff was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous. Breakfast, which was included, was also great, fantastic selection, including custom made orders, such as avocado toast. The spa is gorgeous and the treatments I scheduled were one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The rooftop bar is fun with a beautiful view of the town. The town itself is pleasant, well maintained, and peaceful with many good restaurants and nice easy hikes in the surrounding areas. We are already looking forward to coming back next year.

The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The rooms beautifully balance modern comfort with timeless craftsmanship , and the facilities — especially the Pürovel Spa — are world-class. But the real showstopper was breakfast: fresh pastries, local specialties, warm dishes, and an impressive spread that made every morning a delight. Highly recommended!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Our family reunion at Swissôtel Mariánské Lázně exceeded expectations. The hotel is only a few months old, and it shows in every detail, modern design, immaculate spaces, and a sense that everything is operating at its best. The staff were consistently outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely engaged, which made a large group stay feel effortless. The food and wine were truly exceptional, easily the highlight of the experience, with quality and presentation well above typical hotel standards. The pool and spa area are equally impressive, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and longer stays. Overall, a standout experience. For a new hotel, the level of execution is unusually high.

Das Frühstück war echt sehr schön die Lobby hypermodern dann das moderne treppenhaus der Spa ist wunderbar die rooftopterrasse mit einem sehr guten Service und Chillout Musik. Ein gelungener Aufenthalt in einem hypermodernen wellnesshotel
