How this hotel is officially a 4 star hotel, I don’t know. A more amazing property you will struggle to find, from the incredible family that run it to the incredible rooms stylishly fitted out, you couldn’t ask for more. A stones throw from all the best spots in the Swiss Alps as well as Austria and Leichenstein, the location is perfect.
The food on offer at the stunning restaurant is amongst the best we have had the pleasure to eat.
We loved it so much we extended our stay with them and they...

Staff were amazing, spa and pool were fantastic. Rooms fitted with quality fixtures. View was impressive from dining room, bar etc. very close to ST MORITZ station walking distance. Amazing utilization of tech in lift and room services. Room gifts were also exceptional. Would loved to have spent more time here!

Great hotel - close to the main street and all the relevant lifts but in a quieter area of town.
The breakfast was great and the staff were so always accomodating - assisting with plans and transport.

We absolutely loved this hotel. A complimentary shuttle picks you up from the train station. You receive a welcome glass of bubbly or juice. We booked two massages (last minute) which were excellent. View from rooftop bar was simply stunning. Evening turn down service was a lovely touch. Buffet breakfast was substantial and very fresh. Staff were excellent - attentive and friendly. Would stay again and totally recommend.

Breakfast was a delight every morning with a view onto the park next door. Staff were lovely. The room was also very comfortable although I did find the public spaces such as the foyer not very cosy.

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and had the most incredible experience. We got the Burgenstock Boat across Lake Lucerne and then the Funicular up the mountain. We were kindly escorted to our Executive room with Panorama view (to which we were very kindly upgraded to for our honeymoon by Andreas). The room was beautifully furnished with an incredible view over the lake and mountains. The fireplace was a great addition and was also visible from the bathtub. The bathroom was large...

The Hotel Schweizerhof in Bern is an iconic hotel right in the centre of Bern, within easy walking distance of the train station, shops and restaurants. We utilised the valet parking service to park our hire car and asked for the car to be ready the next day at 10am. The concierge staff had the car ready ahead of time and were quick to help with our luggage. The staff at the reception and in hotel restaurant - Jack’s Brasserie were also wonderful. Our room was also presented to a very high...

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the railway station. We were not disappointed, it only took a couple of minutes to walk around the corner and there it was. From our room we could see the top of the Matterhorn in the morning when the fog cleared. For the perfect view you only had to stroll down the road to the bridge over the river. Our room was cosy and comfortable and would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Zermatt.
