"The hotel itself was very clean , including the pool , which I enjoyed , the staff was very helpful as we needed a few extra things done and they were very amenable … It was quiet but I was hoping to be closer to the tourist areas , we had a walk to the trams which was a bit uncomfortable , overall I was very pleased with my stay "
