"The most hospitable hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. I was ill, and they took such good care of me — called an on call doctor, kept calling my room to check in on me. They were absolutely fabulous and I am so grateful for them!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bath needed maintenance and staff responded quickly. The hand and bath lotions need to be fixed properly as they were inconvenient to use. Overall our stay at the hotel was a great experience and will come back if our plans are to come to Cape Town again sometime in future."
