"Great"

"They helped us when we needed it and gave us a meal even though we were very late, very good breakfast every day"

"This hotel was classic Bavarian… Everything was excellent. Will recommend this hotel to all traveling in the Salzburg area."

"The breakfast was outstanding."

"The property is a little remote, in a very pretty area, just a 15min drive from town, and a block from the bus station. I had trouble getting in because I was not familiar with European locks and the staff who assisted me was incredibly impatient and rude, though he did go to the extent of FaceTiming me and making sure I could get in. There were no check-out instructions and the office hours on the weekend are very short. I was worried I may have checked-out incorrectly and would have to go...

"Beautiful location!"

"Wonderful welcoming stay here. Luxury feel. Nothing too much trouble. We spoke little German, staff were all very helpful speaking English. Our room was yet to be renovated so a little dated but the rest of the hotel Was excellent. Lakeside terrace was really special."
