We had great time at this hotel. Hotel has multiple options for breakfast and supported all our needs. We had food restrictions and hotel accommodate our needs by helping us warming our own food. I do recommend this hotel if anyone planning a trip in the area.

Super hotel in Salzkammergut

I adore Salzburg and the Salzkammergut Lakes region of Austria and this is my go to hotel whenever I'm in the area. Very friendly staff, a good breakfast buffet in the mornings and some excellent evening meals in the restaurant. It's approx 25 minutes to Salzburg by car, the lakes of Fuschlsee, Wolfgangsee, Mondsee and Hintersee are all less than half an hour away and don't miss Plötz Wasserfall which is a mile and a half from the hotel. Looking forward to my next visit!

Great place around 20 minutes drive from Salzburg centre , was very impressed with the accommodation, fantastic setting ,friendly welcoming staff, room was great, lovely breakfast, had a meal there one evening as opposed to eating out and it was delicious, I’d definitely stay again if going back to Salzburg and definitely recommend to friends as a good place to stay if visiting Salzburg.

We ate at their restaurant and the food was excellent!!! The owner (Man) speaks perfect English. Room is modern with a balcony. It’s small but just right for two. Nice stay would highly recommend.

Good Place

Four of us stayed in two rooms and we all rate this hotel and location TEN. It is clean and nice. The owner was extremely helpful. Good breakfast. Ate dinner here and it was good.

The property was a beautiful old building with modern inside. The food was delicious and the staff super friendly. The only downside is that we were facing the road and it was a bit noisy at times when cars would come by. Other than that, no complaints!

Authentic and original

Beautiful atmosphere in countryside, a very authentic stay reflecting the Alpine lifestyle. Surrounded by a beautiful nature. Very nice breakfast, very helpful and nice staff. Family atmosphere. Cleaning is very good. On sundays and on mondays the restaurant is closed so you have to find somewhere to eat.

the room was quite warm during the day as there was no blinds (only light curtains) and quite noisy in the evening/night due to the terrasse of the restaurant below our balcony and the close road. Otherwise nice and new bathroom and good beds.Breakfast OK.
