AC residence isn't what you expect from your normal hotel stay. There is no hotel lobby, there is no reception as it's located on the third floor of shophouses. However don't let it fool you! We arrived after midnight due to flight delays, yet when we messaged the property, we were immediately welcomed at the door. The communication was prompt, accurate, and polite full. Staff assisted by carrying out luggage upstairs, and is happy and polite. The massage chair was an amazing addition to our stay. In the heart of all shops. Will definitely book with them again.

A very good hotel in Sandakan, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We had dinner at the Poolside restaurant and the food was amazing (as were the staff). The gym was well equipped, and the rooms comfortable with good bedding. I wouldn’t stay anywhere definitely stay here again

Great locations and tidy facilities

A good basic hotel relatively near to the airport to rest our heads after a long flight. Fighting the battle of mould in the bathroom.

Our stay was specifically to accompany our mom for hospital surgery, which is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and spotless. Many thoughtful amenities were provided, including good Wi-Fi and a large TV, and we especially loved the capsule coffee machine. The service was excellent, with friendly and very helpful staff. This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was perfect.
