Gd location, clean, well maintained, everything working well, gd decent breakfast, near to food & shopping areas. Crossing the 2 roads to the food & shopping area quite a challenge. Very welcoming stay

There’s more positive things than negative things to say. If there’s something to nitpick, it would be that few of the breakfast items were too dry. Overall, I think this hotel is amazing and the people were very friendly and helpful :) When I do go back, this will be my first choice!

Cheerful, efficient and helpful staff. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean and provided fresh sheets every day. Coffee bar was replenished every day. The front office staff were cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. Check-in and check-out accomplished within 5 minutes. Breakfast spread was sufficiently comprehensive. Just need to replenish finished items promptly during peak period. Good spread of bread, pastries and kuih kuih. The hotel could do with 24-hour room service for late arriving guests. It was a very pleasant 4-day stay at this hotel.
