"we arrived in carpark with cases, expected to carry up long stairway, or roll up side ramp. impossible with 2 cases each. nowhere to sit outside, 1 chair per chalet outside, long uphill walk to reception, then down stairs to carpark to get to restaurant. food limited menu, breakfast buffet awful, mostly cold. what food they had in restaurant was cheap, we are both over 60 and would not return.only hot water if suns out. "

"Orangutan sanctuary and sun bear sanctuary were in walking distance from our resort, which was great. It allowed us to spend the whole day there. A must place to stay to see the orangutans."
