"Nice modern property, good valet parking which made it easy to access by car which is not always easy in Lisbon. Staff attentive, room spacious however there were a number of little things that could be better. I found the fact the bathroom is basically in the bedroom with glass walls a bit odd, the electrical blinds seemed cool but didn’t always work which was annoying, they wouldn’t give me a locker in the spa said I should go back to my room to change! "This was the best hotel in Lisbon! We found Lisbon to be somewhat crowded (especially when cruise ships are in). This hotel allowed us to walk all over Lisbon and be in the best areas but out of the hustle when we return. That was amazing. This hotel had the best service and I would compare the service to a Ritz or 4 seasons. Everyone is attentive! We appreciated that! We thought the food was amazing. The bar drinks were too. "This is a well-appointed hotel, and our room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were very helpful, and spoke embarrassingly good English. The food was prepared to a very high standard. There is a nearby metro station that takes you straight through to the airport in about 20 minutes."
