"Room was ok, good size but bed linen had rips in it , no English language TV channel, gym equipment needs updating / maintaining, Breakfast very bad and staff that dont seem to care"

"Location of the hotel is quite good on the river and close to the train station and main road into Ayutthaya. Overall the hotel is in serious need of a refurbishment. The shower was poor located above the bath. Water pressure was low and at busy times very little hot water. The flexible shower cable was too short and I had to squat to wash my whole body. "We booked 2 bedrooms/family sound good? but not at all. There is only 1 A/C and shared in 2 rooms....How!!? We suffered from heat all night long. it's summer in Thailand. Never again.... However grandma who help us checked in, she was super sweet and location is good, near all temples and site seeing."

"Not a backpacker vibe hostel. Family operated with the grandmother sleeping in a tent in the living room. The one staff member who spoke English was frequently unavailable when I needed assistance. The rooms were clean but hot and uncomfortable for me. Decent location. I would not stay here again. "

"When we arrived there was no one. Just 2 little barking dogs that mad the place small like a dog's place. Soi dogs (friendly) on the stairs. The landlord only talked to my wife. No registration of my passport. This is not according to the law. The room is spacious and is actually a small appartment. The breakfast was more or less ok. It could be very nice but you just don't feel welcome and I suspect that there are a lot of hotels in the neighborhood that make you feel a lot better 'at home'."
