Guest rooms were well-maintained, demonstrating acceptable cleanliness and housekeeping quality. Staff interactions were professional and courteous, reflecting positively on service delivery. That said, the washroom facilities fall below modern comfort benchmarks. Upgrades are recommended, including the provision of essential personal care amenities such as shaving kits and improved fixture ergonomics. From a pricing perspective, the current rate of approximately USD 140 for a Queen Room appears misaligned with the existing amenity level and service scope.
