Great location in centre of town, opposite RSL club and within walking distance to everything. Rooms very well appointed, very clean and modern. Staff were absolutely wonderful.

We were really happy with our stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and quiet. The hotel is a short walk to the centre of Orange and to cafes, restaurants and bars. The supplied continental breakfast was a perfect quick start to our day. We would stay there again.

I arrived early and was told my room was ready and that I could check in immediately for no extra cost. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed dinner in the Song kitchen restaurant, it was pleasant and affordable. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. I was impressed with my overall experience at Song Hotel, and in particular the outstanding customer service I received.

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. Breakfast was fantastic

We absolutely loved our room on the top floor with the view of the marina and river. So comfortable having a separate bedroom. Hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us and went above and beyond. The kids loved the fact there was a Gelatissimo so close by. Breakfast at the hotel was very good and the food options nearby were great as well.

Always a great place to stay, staff are very friendly and helpful. Jackie in the restaurant is super efficient, well organised and dedicated to everyone's needs.

Great location - near cafes, restaurants, supermarket, fitness studios and the beach. The staff and service maids were so lovely and kind. The pillows were too big for my liking, I like a thinner pillow (no major though). There were a few stains on the duvet and it just had a sheet overtop. Port Stephens is one our favourite places, we've stayed at many places in the area over many years, from our recent stay, the Anchorage is by far the best. Excellent motel with free breakfast. Walking distance from shops, club, entertainment centre. Lovely large rooms.

The room was so comfortable and clean. There was seating out on the balcony as well as a lounge and a chair inside, so you didn't have to resort to sitting on the bed! the bathroom was clean and spacious with a wonderful big bath. It was great

Because I come from the country this was my first time of visiting the city. I had to drive and navigate getting to the accommodation. Once we arrived I was unsure on how to get into the accommodation. The young man at reception was very helpful and made the process very user friendly. Also loved that we were in the city but our balcony had a lovely bushy outlook. Location for what we needed was fantastic. Highly recommend these Serviced Apartments. Thank you.
