"Very nice hotel. The restaurant had a children's play area and the staff were especially welcoming and helpful; Miss Cindy in particular went out of her way to be kind to our children. Finally, because the play area was designed in one corner, we did not need to worry about noise disturbing other guests."

"Did not like the very steep stairs to the third floor or the lack of double glazing in the bedroom and bathroom."
