"This is a small (about 10 rooms, I didn't count...) and quite simple hotel. One notices immediately that the owner, who runs the hotel himself and is very friendly (plus his English is very good! My French, unfortunately, is not...), invests a lot of time and care in running the hotel. The hotel is located in a small side alley (about 10 minutes by foot from the station) very close to the famous channel running through Narbonne and you have all sorts of restaurants and shops nearby, the cathedral is also only a short walk away. My room was small, but nicely renovated (great sense for colors), the bathroom was clean and had everything one needs (but expect to bring your hairdryer). Please note that there also seem to be rooms without a private bathroom, so check this when booking. You can select the components of your breakfast, coffee/tea, juice, baguette, jam, yoghurt etc. The breakfast is very inexpensive (you pay by the components you select) and it's a great way to ensure that food is not wasted. I would 100% book a room again whenever I come back to Narbonne!"

"Greated by the hotel director, Very easy check in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fresh far superior than the chain hotels. The rooms are well equipped, clean every thing works ,shower lovely and clean. This was a second choice hotel as mercure was fully booked ,im really pleased they were.
