Ive never left a bad review but after not sleeping and finding bugs in our bed I had to. We had a dead bug in the bed upon check in, no buggy I moved it out. Main issue, their staff Nathalie placed us in a suite right under a refrigerator truck for their restaurant and their staff kept on talking and making lots of noise till midnight. I had book a suite and was shocked of all the noise. I finally fell asleep at midnight trying to tolerate the the situation but then at 5am massive trucks and heavy équipement machines arrived under our window to set up a massive structure on a Sunday morning??? I was never informed the night before when I complained about the noise that this would happened at 5am… note I booked this hotel to be in nature and relax and ended up not sleeping and to top it my husband was woken at 2am with a spider walking accross his face… lastly they never did a turn down when we went for diner so we never got fresh towels for our morning shower… I cannot list this as a 5 star. The positive part was the meal was really good.

Un lieu à découvrir absolument

Court séjour fort agréable, au calme, dans les vignes, dans une chambre spacieuse, confortable et accueillante. Le personnel est charmant et professionnel. Malheureusement nous navons pas pu diner au restaurant car il était complet mais se sera pour la prochaine fois car nous comptons bien y retourner ! La bouteille de vin en cadeau de bienvenue est un geste commercial que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est varié et les produits de très bonne qualité. Le cadre doit être superbe à partir du printemps pour profiter de la piscine, du tennis, et de la nature environnante.
