"No communication from the host. Arrived at the accommodation….house was owned and lived in by an elderly man. It wasn’t a holiday rental house at all. Took an hour to sort out through Stayz and rebook other accommodation. "

"It was quiet, which is what I wanted, everything was clean especially the bathroom and kitchen, the only thing that I would change is having it as non smoking, because it did smell of stale smoke and our bed was two king singles put together."

My bad! HORRIBLE communication with property owners. Who the heck was the person next door?!?!? LOL! ZERO instruction on how to ‘check out’. We did the “per normal”.
