"Hotel was very nice located close to the beach. There was an issue with the water pressure for the duration of our stay meaning showers were very very low pressure. Food at the restaurant was very good. Only issue we had was the water pressure which they only advised with a small note in the corridor which we didn’t see for a while was didn’t know if it was just our room or if it was the whole hotel."

After looking at the hotel on Hotels.com, we made the booking, but on arrival were thrilled to find that the Hotel had been completely renovated after being closed for 2 years. The front of the building still resembled the web pictures, but everything else was brand new!.................except of course for the centuries old stonework on display and integrated into the renovation. It is now a 4 start Hotel, so the information and pictures on Hotels.com will need updating. Service was excellent...

What can I say, if I could give a 10 I would. Set in the centre of town this property has an old world charm. Beautiful views over roof tops, our room was clean, spacious and full of character. What can I say about our hosts, so friendly, helpful and generous. The breakfast was a daily treat and the homemade yogurt was a highlight. They were also helpful for places to visit and helped us solve a problem with our hire car. We can not thank them enough for their hospitality. Highly recommended.

The property is absolutely lovely with a beautiful courtyard and a communal lounge area. The location cannot be beaten, you can see Les Arenes at the end of the street and it's just 5 minutes walk to anywhere in the city centre of Nîmes. It is a safe and quiet area too. Our room was spacious, well decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The host of the property, Jean-Luc, was so warm and welcoming. He gave us great advice on the area and even booked us a table...

The hotel is wonderful - full off character and charm but still offering all the modern comforts. Location is perfect - easy walking distance to sights and restaurants. The staff were very professional and Pierre was exceptional. He welcomed us to the hotel with a huge smile and went out of his way to make us feel at home. We just had a fabulous time in Nimes and loved staying at the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel has an amazing position. On the square of central Nimes. Window overlooking the beautiful fountain. Close to bus and trains. Parking is in the street paid but there is an option for €17 to park underground but this goes from 3 pm to 3 pm. The reception are extremely helpful. 1 elevator for 3 floors. Rooms are a large size with kitchenette. The bed in our room was a bit tired but still comfortable.
Rooms are very clean and quiet at night. Tips for other travelers - there is no toaster...
